David is a cool guy. When he is not playing his electric bass guitar or swimming in the Hauraki harbor, he is planning the next cool thing in data visualisation. Heaps of experience and lots of hard work have made David the leader of Aroaro. We are happy he is showing us the way forward to make our system a top immersive analytics tool.

Fernando has been working on networks for a long time. Network optimisation, network pricing and more recently modelling network evolution. When he is not riding his bicycle up and down the Waitakeres, he can be found trying hard to make us understand what network data visualisation is and why it could become a strategic decision-making tool for business managers.

Jing majors in Infosys, Business Analytics and Statistics. She’s passionate about the application of data, and technology to business, and she’s so curious to learn new knowledge and pick up things fast. Her self-defence training experience taught her “Never give up, and never say never.” Jing enjoys thinking and working with this talented team.

Nic is the founder and lead-developer of Dire Ray, an indie games company based in Auckland. He’s been involved with a number of creative projects over the years, including music composition, 3D animation, story-writing, and game-design. Nic is positive, dedicated, creative, and enjoys meeting and working alongside other artists and developers. His interests include gaming, urban bike-riding, outdoors and trave
Isabelle is in her final year of her Computer Systems Engineering degree. Her love for stories and video games sparked her dive into interactivity development, and she hasn’t looked back since. She likes VR, and she likes programming — so she’s very happy hanging out with the Aroaro team as a job!
